Matthew has been with Crossroads since its first year, 1991. He has served in several capacities ranging from teaching and training to hands on skilled tradesmanship. A graduate of MSU and a craftsman by trade, he has done everything from designing blueprints to overseeing teams in the completion of those blueprints. Matt now specializes in crafting items by hand from woodworking and carpentry work to fine coffee.
He and his wife, Silvia, work together on the pastoral staff of Crossroads in a variety of leading and teaching roles. His passion is to see the kingdom of God built both physically and spiritually.
Matt and Silvia have three tremendous kids, Jaime, Julie and Seth.
