30 Years of Partnership
For 30+ years Crossroads has had a relationship with New World Missions for Christ in the academic & spiritual education of pastors, churches, and children.
Pastor Jean Carlo Thomas, the founder of New World Mission for Christ, walked with Crossroads from our founding. He FAITHFULLY served churches and local schools in Bailix, Meyer, Roche a Bateau, Cog Chante, and St. Louis, Haiti for 3 decades. Crossroads has served alongside Pastor Carlo and the Haitian people in the building of schools and churches and disaster relief for over twenty years. Pastor Carlo passed away in 2025 and we continue to partner with his wife, Guerline to meet the needs of our Haitian friends. We partner with them by sending short-term mission teams, sponsoring an annual school box project, the annual Christmas for Haiti project, Goat Project, and funding teachers.
New World Mission for Christ is dedicated to the future of Haiti’s children. NWMC accomplishes this mission by:
- Providing a comfortable place for the kids to learn
- Providing a nourishing lunch, the only meal of the day for many students
- Providing all necessary school materials
- Assisting the children with books and uniforms
